All, Thanks for letting us know more details about the behavior you guys are seeing. If you sync projects or checklists with sync service that do not fully support projects and checklists, your subtask relationship will not be maintained as documented here:
http://www.appigo.com/todo/features/projects However, we would like to investigate and gather more details from customers that may have experienced losing subtask relationships when either upgrading Todo or syncing using a sync service that fully supports projects and checklists to see if there is an issue within our control that we can resolve.
