Emulation.net has ][ in a Mac available for download at 
http://emulation.net/apple2/ Knowing that it was designed for the 
original compact Macs I've never bothered to try it, but out of 
curiousity I just tried it now. It includes several disk images. The 
Taipan disk got as far as showing the game's title screen before it 
froze. Note that it's the emulated machine which is crashing, not the 
emulator itself. This is on an eMac running Mac OS X!
