Speaking of the Apple IIC+... What kind of monitors can I use with an Apple IIc+? I would like to hook up something better than the 9" "green-screen" monochrome monitor that is usually standard. I don't really care about size, I just want to have color. Keep in mind that I know nothing about what kind of video outputs the IIc+ has (I haven't received it yet).
Currently the only Apple II's I've ever owned have been IIgs's. I don't know much about the older systems, except that we used Apple IIe's in school when I was young and one of my friends during that period had an Apple IIc. His had that 9" green-screen. anyway, as I understand things, it *is* possible to hook up some sort of color monitor to a IIc, but I've been told the color RGB monitor from a IIGS won't work. Were there special IIc-only color monitors for these things? What kind of video out connections does the IIc+ have? also, how difficult is it to find the RAM expansion that boosts the IIc+ up to the 1MB maximum?
