I can't say for sure for the //c+, but I'd bet it's the same as the //c. The //c
has two video ports: a *monochrome* composite output in the form of an RCA, and
a custom audio/video connector in the form of a DB-15, *incompatible* both with
the //gs and the Mac II's video ports. The DB-15 port had analogue audio and
monochrome video signals, plus the raw digital signal from the video circuits
and several memory and video timming signals. Taken together, they could be used
to add video circuitry outside the case to expand the //c's video capabilities
and use different kinds of monitors. AFAIK, there were at least three kinds of
adapters/devices that plugged into that port. One was included with the //c (at
least with *my* //c): a composite color video generator and RF modulator in a
single "backpack" that fitted over the connector. Other was the //c's LCD
monitor (it got both video signals and power from that connector). And there was
also an adapter that allowed to use //gs-style RGB monitors.

Answering in short: if you only have the //c, you can use it with any composite
monitor or TV set with video input, but you will only get black and white (i.e.,
no grays). If you have the "backpack", you can use any composite monitor or TV
as a grayscale or color display. And with the RGB adapter, you will be able to
use any //gs color monitor. Of course, color TVs often don't have enough video
bandwidth and tube quality to sharply display 80-column text or black and white
DHGR graphics, but will be nice anough for playing games :-) .

About the RAM expansion board for the //c, I think they show from time to time
at eBay, most times as 256 kb boards expandable to 1 Mb. If that's the case,
you'll have to buy the board and then get the chips to fill it to it's full
capacity (they doesn't take SIMMs!).
