On the IIc+, I believe you can use the OA-Ctrl-Reset-Esc combination
to reboot into 1 MHz speed. The word "Normal" should appear at the top
of the screen as it boots. I don't know if there's a key to press
during power-on, but an extra reboot never bothered me.
