Getting stuff in and out of my AppleIIc+...

Hi All!
I need some "Dummies Guide" instructions to get files from my iBook to 
my AppleIIc+

I believe both have 3.5, the iBook runs OS X 10.3.
I also have a laptop running linux.
The idea is to get files, especially basic language files to the 
internet for sharing..
