There's no direct way of doing it - you'll need a "bridge" computer with a
3.5", 1.44 Mb floppy drive. The IIc+'s internal drive can only read/write
800 Kb disks, and external USB floppy drives can only read/write 1.44 Mb
disks, so they are completely incompatible.

You'll need an older Macintosh with a built-in 1.44 MB drive. Then, you
will be able to use it to copy files from the IIc+'s 800 Kb disks into 1.44
Mb disks, and then read the 1.44 Mb disks in the USB floppy on the iBook.
Moving files the other way is the same: put them in 1.44 Mb disks, use the
older Mac to convert them to 800 Kb disks, and read them on the IIc+. For
this use, a good'n'old compact Macintosh (SE, SE/30, Classic, Classic II or
Color Classic) is a nice option - they are small and cute, fit your needs
and can be obtained at a fair price at eBay or second-hand stores. If you
decide to buy one (a nice choosing, even if you didn't to move your data
from the IIc+!), be sure to join LEM's Compact Macs mailing list :-) .

Other option would be, of course, an Apple IIe or IIgs with an 1.44 Mb
drive. But they are very rare, and expensive also (even if the 1.44 Mb
drives are the same used in the Macintosh, the 1.44 Mb disk controller card
is rare and *very* expensive).
