If there is an easy way to separate the files into multiple directories
(i.e. The first character(s) of the product code), he may see a performance
increase.  I can't say for sure with ProDOS, or with 'only' 330 files, but
on other OS's keeping the number of files in a directory below 1,000 or so
makes a difference in performance.
