COMPAQ DOS 3.31 is often found on old COMPAQ 286's and 8088's. Vendors at flea markets trying to sell these old COMPAQ PC's frequently have also the original installation disks and the manual. I have found that COMPAQ DOS 3.31 works just as well on an IBM clone. A discovery I have made with DOS 3.31 is that a 286 machine running that DOS version can load the drivers that will enable an external IOMEGA ZIP drive. With just DOS 3.30, I can't load the drivers for the ZIP drive. Sam Heywood -- This mail was written by user of Arachne, the Alternative WWW Browser
