Steve, are you sure you have the correct DNS (Dynamic Name Server)
addresses for each ISP you are accessing are entered correctly? My
first efforts with Arachne were unsuccessful because I did not know
what these numbers were and I did not enter any. I was able to
connect, but after that nothing happened. If you have these
addresses entered make sure that you enter the correct numbers for
each service and then save each one as a different Arachne profile
(.acf) file. I first connected Arachne successfully with Compuserve,
but I left them about a year ago for a local ISP. Have you visited
the Internet Resources Forum on CIS? You might want to visit there if
you have not as there are some knowledgeable folks there about
Arachne. I hope this helps and please keep trying as Arachne is
definitely worth the effort.
