Notice the additional "D".... I'm now running the debug version of
epppd.exe (epppdd.exe)
In my past attempts to load epppd.exe high, somehow the output was
never rediected to ppp.log (worked fine if loaded low)
EPPPDD.EXE redirects into ppp.log with no problem when loaded high.
