I'm new to Arachne, having moved from Netscape under Win31 to Arachne
using DOS 6.22. The version of Arachne I am using is 1.60.
When I am connected to the Internet, I can view the messages in my
Mail Folders, look at the files on my hard drive, etc. with no problems.
When I am not connected to the Internet, I cannot view the messages in
my Mail Folders, nor can I look at the files on my hard drive, etc.
For example, I'm not connected to the Internet. I click on Mail
Folders. The URL displays file://readmail.dgi. I am presented with the
message "Arachne Load Error". This is from
c:\arachne\system\gui\err_load.ah.
Why am I able to access everything when connected to the Internet, but
am unable to access everything when I'm not connected to the Internet?
