I never heard of the first two, but I've been looking for .TIF viewers that can
handle Telebot's fax image files including the sample FAX.TIF.  What about .PNG?

32-bit DJPEG and 32-bit Arachne compiled with DJGPP seem like a good idea, and
it is not necessary for the 32-bit Arachne to check the user's CPU, since most
(all?) users know if their CPU < 386 or >= 386.
