Known bug: If anyone is using this option it will not work (I fixed it -
and got the file size down quite much (20-30K) - and then accidently
removed the wrong directory, so I'm back to scratch).

;Replace image/jpeg config like with this to save disk space:
;image/jpeg               JPG>GIF|$edjpeg.exe $1 $2

For now you can add "-gif" after djpeg.exe to get it to work.

Also it does require some sort of DPMI manager (probably cwsdpmi) - but
that's already in the main Arachne directory anyway.
