But seriously....
1) it is free for noncommercial use.
2) uses less memory
3) has password protection capabilities included
4) the DR-DOS disk cache (nwcache) works much better than smartdrv
5) it's cdrom access program (nwcdex) works better than mscdex
6) the mouse drive (drmouse) is much better [loads high automatically]
7) the text editor works much smoother
8) several utilities included are DR-DOS originals which have now been
copied by MS (xcopy, xdel, xdir, rendir... perhaps others that I'm
not remembering right now)
