Some notes and questions:
- for Clarence Verge:
You can customize how mail reader screen looks by modigying source code of
Insight.exe (it is GPL-ed, see http://gnu.arachne.cz page). Namely, it
should be easy to change which radio button is checked, when the
From/Reply-to chooser is displayd. In fact, it would be good idea to read
default value from ARACHNE.CFG... I want From: to be default for novice
users, to prevent too much unwanted traffic in mailing lists ;-)
- for Bernie:
I am confused by this DPMI/CWSDPMI problems. My system.htm page is
definitely wrong, because it is no longer true that Arachne can't use
DPMI. But I don't understand how exactly CWSDPMI works; I know, I should
tell people to disable DR-DOS built in DPMI status (and I will do, on
Arachne homepage). I think that either loading CWSDPMI in AUTOEXEC.BAT
would eat DOS memory, or not-loading it slows down DJPEG and JPNG2BMP,
because they have to re-load it each time they are launched. Is this
correct ?
- to all:
I decided, that direct arachne mailing list slow down sendmail at
arachne.cz too much; I would like to move all users to arachne-digest
mailing list. But if some of them would do it on your own, voluntarily,
maybe I would be able to keep both lists running ?

[EMAIL PROTECTED])
