Dale,
I see that you have to put your epppd in conventional memory.
Maybe that is not giving you enough room for Arachne. You have
a lot of items loaded high, so I doubt epppd would go there.
On my PS/1, I had to "rem out" my CD-ROM driver, until I need it,
to give me more room. I'm using MS-DOS 6.22, and I have gone from 148KB
left over in 1.50 s.r.c. to 123KB in 1.60, so things are getting
a little tight<g>. That's still plenty, however, since I rarely
dip below 100KB.
I only have one of 6 machines with a sound card, with the drivers
for it loaded high. Still, with 6.22 I have enough room for epppd
loaded high on it.
I have a laptop that needs "card managers" loaded for the modem
to work, so I had to stay with 1.50 s.r.c. on it to have enough
room for Arachne.
