PPP link is down

Please help me. I cannot connect to the internet. I get the following messages:

PPP link is down
driver not installed
unable to initialize ppp
no IP address was found in PPP dialer log file or
no packet driver was loaded
packet driver not found

When I try to connect it dials and starts to communicate but then I get these errors. 
What am I doing wrong?
