http://home.arachne.cz/apm/acopy.apm and change application/zip to read:
ZIP|$eacopy.exe $d $w $1
(The example that comes with the APM isn't 100% correct)
Please note that this is still in the beta/development section of the APMs
and there might be a few problems (namely the same as with older apm.exe -
not enough environment all the time). It has howver worked fine for me and
I've used it rather much.
I'll try and put together a configuration utility for it sometime soon.
