Not 100% correct Glenn. The >HTM specifies that Arachne should add .HTM to
the file in the cache that the screen output is redirected to. APM.EXE just
prints to the screen. (Try it outside of Arachne without any parameters).

I think the examples in mime.cfg explains everything well so I can't
explain how it works well myself - seems like I've become one of those
people that answers "RTFM" and that isn't good.
