I can do you one better.  I can't figure out how to understand what
happens in the *middle* ... if you talk cgi you're talking some sort of
translation program which accepts the data input and regurgitates it in
a format usable by a second program.  

I think I can write the batch file type thing that dgi needs; 
I can almost figure out how to change Mime.cfg to include a new dgi.  
But I'll be darned if I can figure out what the original output is,
where it is screened & regurgitated, and what will eventually get to the
dgi batch file. <G>
