Re: TVGA.
The mickeymouse manuals I have for TVGA 8900c/d states it will run EGA in
modes 0Fh and 10h which are both 640x350x16 shades/colors.
You will probably have to switch the card into this mode before attempting
to run Arachne as she is not as smart in the video arena as Windows. <G>
If you have the Trident utilities, place this command in your autoexec.bat:
[Path]\SVM EGA . (Possible SVM89 EGA - depends on your version of the utils)
You can also test the available video modes interactively with SVM.exe.
I just tested Arachne 1.61 and she recognized Trident EGA as long as any
640x350 mode (text or graphics) had been preset by SVM.
