Hi Sam, Alejandro, et al,
                          I believe the Radio Shack line
printer Alejandro is talking about had no cartridge. It
was really a Centronics printer and the "cartridge" was
part of the printer and not disposable. The bare ribbon
had to be Very Carefully inserted in the "cartridge".
I used to be able to buy these ribbons but I dont know
if they are still available. I still have the printer
but the rubber on the feed rollers went bad and I was
never able to replace them. It's a rugged machine but
it has no tractor and it only prints in caps and one
font.
