  And, don't forget those famous words BEFORE setupping Win:
... check in BIOS that your BOOT antivirus protection is deactivated!... ;)

  why, well, you're just preparing to nest into the boot sector a new one.
  -only a: boot disk w/sys c: kills the dragon ;)
  (seems to me I saw something like 'WinXX' w/Norton 8.2 Disk Editor
   in the boot sector. It wAs alive until one, pure Sys c: )
