OK ... which of them did you not understand ... we will be able to sort
these out ...
(the message I replied to contained the acronyms PPPoE , PPP and DHCP, so
they were not from me ... and I used TCP/IP ... standing for transmission
control protocol over Internet protocol ... and in a bracket I used NM
instead of writing Netmask ... but the whole bracket was not that
important, it just explained what informations you get back, when you ask
for your network information via DHCP)
I would have been glad, if the message would have came by private email
instead of the list, because IMHO it was offtopic.
And I would have been even happier, if it contained more useful info like:
Sorry ricsi, but your message was so full of acronyms that I was not able
to decode it ... could you explain it a bit more ...
