First you'll need a "laplink cable".
This is the one I use. Belkin #F3D508-10 http://www.belkin.com/
Next you'll need a program for using it.
I use Parcp.exe
http://www.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/msdos/commprog/parcp380.zip

Parcp is run on in server mode on one machine,
in client mode on the other.

Nulmodem cable file transfer ----- 10kb/sec
Laplink cable file transfer  ----- 78kb/sec
