Hello Curtis:
This is a common problem with DOS internet applications. Performing a
cold reboot will usually correct the problem. There are less drastic
measures for dealing with it, but a cold re-boot will almost always work.
If this problem should become a most constant source of frustration, then
write to the list again and we could recommend other ways of dealing with
it. After you've tried everything else, sometimes you will find that a
cold reboot is the only thing that will fix it.
