Ok, now I've learnd (in my older days) that an external modem is a real one.
Because I did never seen or used a winmodem, I don't know that ;-)
Joerg, you have such modem in use, have you ever tried it in pur DOS
with Arachne? If so, does the ELSA need a special initstring?
