You don't seem to understand the problem.  The 128 bit encryption is
needed only for logging on.  Once you log on, the page will be fetched and
displayed.  You can complete a successful login even with Lynx386 for DOS,
but this program cannot then go fetch and display the page having your
bank account data because it is an unsupported URL scheme with JavaCrap.
Really old versions of MSIE could perform the encryption needed for logging
on, and they could probably do a good job of fetching and displaying the
page with your bank account data if you have JavaScript enabled.  The
problem with old versions of MSIE is that you can't even get to the logon
screen because the security certificates have expired.  MSIE simply refuses
to show you the logon screen for this reason.  Lynx386 either doesn't care
at all about security certificates, or maybe it is up to date on these
concerns.  Lynx386 will display the logon screen.  You can log on, but you
can't go to the Java-infested page after you have completed the login
procedure.  I hope that explains the problem.
