Another problem with Telebot is that it has been identified as an "open
relay".  For that reason you can't send messages to people having email 
addresses at ISPs where spam filters are turned on.

Works fine with Arachne and also with the Bobcat/Lynxes.  You will need
to turn frames off.  Great features!  Although you will find some elements
of JavaScript, there are easy workarounds for all of them.  I wrote to the
webmaster to praise how the well the site performs with DOS browsers.  He
wrote back saying he appreciates the compliment and said that he will 
endeavor to keep the site friendly to DOS browsers.  Once when I 
complained about a certain paragraph of JavaScript, he commented it out 
for me as I had requested.
