Don't know. Maybe the open relay problem has been fixed. I haven't
checked it out recently. I can't log in anymore. Maybe the server is
always down whenever I attempt to log in. Has Telebot actually worked
for anyone recently?

I'll have to test Telebot WWW access using DOS Lynx386 and/or Arachne. Recently
I tried TRACERT.EXE in WATT-32 package; after about 12 steps, every line showed
* * * up to line 30 (the last), apparently meaning mail.telebot.com was down
(and out?). If the server is down, it probably won't be of service to either
spammers or registered users.
