Another problem with Telebot is that it has been identified as an "open
relay". For that reason you can't send messages to people having email
addresses at ISPs where spam filters are turned on.

How long has Telebot's mail server been an open relay? I presume it's in ORBS
database? Some time back, their SMTP required authentication.
