I'm not QUITE that big a sucker, but I was, and still am, expecting rates
in the 500-600 kbits/sec range (at times). I did that test 8 times.

Right. And I understand that the traffic density at the server is a major
determinant, but I want to be sure the connection at least has the CAPABILITY
I'm paying for, so I'll look for another test download or two. <g>
