Well... In that case you might want to do a traceroute.
It's not only the server, but any bottlenecks that could
be between you and the server.
For instance, when I was in Gallup, I got full modem
speed to my ISP, and to one in Albuquerque, but anything
past Albuquerque, and speed was cut in half. Hopefully
your bottleneck isn't that "hardwired" but was just a
temporary traffic jam somewhere between you and the
pic. Try again about 11 or 12 o'clock at night and
see if you get better results.

I gather that it opens a browser on the infected
machine with http://www.cert.org/advisories/CA-2001-23.html
displayed in it. I'd love to take even better advantage
of the "root-kit" installed by the worm, but I'd sure
hate to take a chance on losing this nice fast cable
account!
