Howdy,

I think it's a fiction that folks providing an abuse URL will do more
than put a recorded message at the abuse POC. But as far as I can
tell, the only difference between that and the abuse POC situation
today is that folks reporting abuse will be able to get the URL
directly from ARIN instead of having to first consult recorded
messages in random formats that might or might not be in good working
order.

As it improves on the existing situation, I SUPPORT the proposal as adjusted.
