For public corporations, the named officer information is public, but not *all* officers and directors. I mean, this is ppml, so you can propose a policy change to require ARIN to collect and publish this information, but I'm pretty sure you'll find there's no support for such an effort among the members, many of whom would be unhappy to have all that information being published by ARIN.
