Hi Cindy--you did so much better at remembering than I did--I have to add Valley of the Dolls, Thornbirds, and Outlander to my list--and I forgot to mention the first few Rita Mae Brown mysteries, featuring Sneaky Pie of course. I loved those books so much that, as you know, I use Sneakypie as an email address--AND I drove to Crozet VA (with Rebecca and Lauren) to see what the town was REALLY like !!
One thing I do not understand--why I haven't finished the Outlander series. I have decided, l;ooking at the books that made such a difference in my life, that my reaction to books is heavily lin ked to where I am in MY life...
