Hi Jamie The error is coming back from SMTP - hence the 550 unable to relay:-
> 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for [EMAIL PROTECTED] It looks like your relay permissions have been re-set. Get your exchange admin to allow relaying for the external names and all should start to work. Was your SMTP/Exchange or OS upgraded at the same time?
