the way, our internal release folks pulled a rabbit out of their
hat(s) and released CMDB 2.0.01 inside of ITSM 7.0.01, so they will not be out
of synch as originally expected.

Wasn't a mistake - I had said "by end of this week" to
give enough wiggle room during the release process. It had been scheduled
to release on Monday.

It appears that BMC / Remedy has been busy this past
weekend and released ITSM 7.0.01 and CMDB 2.0.01. You can find the new
releases in the Product Downloads, Patches, and Fixes > BMC
Remedy Product Download section of SupportWeb.
I did notice that only the 7.0.00 docs were
included with the download of ITSM 7.0.01 (the CMDB 2.0.01 downloads were
fine). Was the ITSM update released early by mistake, since Dave from
BMC sorta indicated it wouldn't be until the end of this
week? It is odd to release software with the incorrect
documentation versions, right??
