On our Remedy server, in the User.log files we have intermittent logs showing:

Cannot connect to the system at this time. Contact your AR System Administrator for assistance. No one can logon during this time period. It happens for about five minutes and now is taking over 15 minutes and not at a consistent rate (like every hour). We do have AREA authentication with Cross-Reference blank password, but I have noticed this is not an isolated issue with the Domain users as noted above with Joe User. Where can I look for this issue? I noticed this Authentication uses the FAST threads, hence, we thought we could set the Threads up from minimum 2 / Max 4 to 4 and 8 respectively.
