Looking at your log example it looks like it is taking 21 seconds for
the AREA call to complete for a single user.   

Look at your AREA Configuration form and see what you have in your User
Base and User Search Filter fields.  Are you specifying too high of a
level to find your user in the Active Directory tree?

I just got the same issues again in our User.log files.

I was not able to logon again into Remedy.  Yet, I see the ARPLUGIN.log
(this is the debug mode right?) allowed me in:

SQL Logs?

I have API logs, but these don't make sense to me.
