Thank you to everyone who has read and replied to my problem. The problem showed up again today from 8:57 a.m. through 9:17 a.m.
I have confirmed during these time periods that our AD (LDAP) servers are not overburdened with authenitcation or other issues. I am not clear about the network traffic or slowness yet. I have the AREA plugin configured for the domain, as opposed to one particular LDAP server. I am not sure how the firewall is configured between LDAP servers and Remedy server. I have a sample of the ARPLUGIN below. To my limited experience, this appears to be normal. I have not done the debug, unless this is the debug??? I too was thinking if one FAST thread using the AREA Plugin would affect or stop/block the other FAST threads? If so, what is the point of assigning more FAST threads? I don't know, can anyone else confirm or deny? Thanks again!
