I'm working with support to get this resolved; but starting to feel like I'm going around in circles with them. I'm putting this problem to the list in case someone has gone through this and can offer some solution.
This is a Dev box on a linux (suse 9) platform running ARS 7.0.1 server and ITSM apps (change, problem, Incident, Asset...ect) patch 3, connecting to an Oracle 10g database. My new production system with permanent licenses is working fine with fix/float licenses. My dev box with 10 float licenses will have no problem with fix license users, but displays 10 warning messages if you try to click on any link off the homepage that there are no float licenses available (this user being the only one logged in). I've tried the standard stop app, deleted the multilicense, start up apps and re-enter all the licenses again. Anyone got any ideas?
