The reason I asked this question is according to BMC's DST White Paper, there is no client patch...

Maybe I'm misinterpreting what he's saying. The fixes in the areas provided (server, E-mail, Mid-Tier) are cumulative so if you load those areas from Patch 21, you do not need to load those areas from Patch 20. Thanks, -David J.
