We are using SMTP....I am pretty sure it has something to do with the firewall....because it was working prior to the changes.

What mail protocol are you using? They recently consolidated servers

Subject: Emal Engine No Incoming/Outgoing Messages

My systems folks just recently moved some of our dev AR servers behind a

firewall, and now my email engine is no longer working. It acts like it

is not even communicating, no errors in the error log form, just nothing. We have stopped and started the email engine and ar server, but nothing has helped. I am thinking this is an issue with the TCP port number, in the Email Daemon config, but I am not sure. We did had to open up ports for the ar server and mid tier so we could connect via windows and web. Any ideas.

Thanks

Kyle
