I have a need to set up an escalation, etc that runs against AR System
Email Messages.

When it finds new messages in this form (as placed there by the remedy
email engine), I would like to run a set fields to push the data to a
new form.  My problem is that I want to look at Mailbox Name to secure
messages that come in from a specific remedy mailbox setup.  I get an
error that I can't since the mailbox name field is display only.  Ah ha!
So I'll instead use the to field, and grab only messages that were sent
to the inbox in question.  Now I get "Failure during SQL operation to
the database" - evidently there is a further issue.  "The data types
text and varchar are incompatible in the equal to operator. (SQL Server
402)"

My question is, once I have the email in remedy, procedurally, what is a
good way to find it and process it?  Someone has to have done this -
please help me.
