Ok I'm very new to the Asset piece to Remedy and what I have going on is I have the asset data coming into Remedy using arimportcmd into a custom asset staging form with the users and asset information.
Now I want to push this data info the proper asset forms I just don't know what forms this info should go to I was thinking the AST:computersystem form but I don't think that's the form I'm looking for. I am reading the Asset Management for the Enterprise right now trying to get a idea as to how asset works. Or will this be a process I will need to setup with CMDB?
