Hi Rick, Thanks for the info. I'm more of an Application Administrator so I'm not too familiar with the following: "though the URL is to a FQDN" Could you explain? Thanks Rick. mjd

I'd love to know where I could make that use the short server name. We are also using Service Desk 7.0 in our development environment. We've also installed the midtier and everything is working fine via the web. I''ve noticed that when we submit incidents and the email notification has been sent to the appropriate group/individual, the notification does not have a URL link attached with it to bring the user to the appropriate incident record via the web. It still has the client attachment record. I've checked the filters and both shortcuts have been checked off. But it only has the one attachment with the notification and that attachment when clicked opens the client tool and brings us to the corresponding incident record. We want URL's in the email notification so people can be directed to the incident record via the web when they click on the URL. Any ideas how to do this? mjd ____________________________________________________________________________ ___ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org ARSlist:"Where the Answers Are" _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org ARSlist:"Where the Answers Are" _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org ARSlist:"Where the Answers Are"
