Hi Roger,

Is there any special URL that needs to be placed in the body of the email
beside http://<servername>/arsys/home

Any other default URL code that needs to be placed in the body to direct the
user to the corresponding incident record that the notification was triggered
against?

** I found that the new URL feature on the filter has a bug. I went into the
new SYS:Notification form and added the proper URL in the Body of the email.

Hi Rick,

Thanks again. Just to summarize.....you're currently receiving the .tsk file
and
the URL but you're users are unable to use the URL as it doesn't connect them
to
the correct source.

Our workaround is just to place the URL in the subject of the email
http:///arsys/home <http://%3cservername%3e/arsys/home> and then they can find
the incident # in the
incident form. This seems like a step backward from using the client. Any other
ideas?

Sorry, that's a networking term.

Fully Qualified Domain Name = servername.domain.company.com
Short Name = servername
