I have tried importing the form only and no workflow and I still get the errors. Would that eliminate a merge filter as a possibility?

I am now getting an error (ARRER 74) for duplicate indexes while trying to import a def file. It lists 4 fields and 3 of them are core fields (ID's 3, 4 and 7) and one created field. I do not believe anything has changed with the fields in question, but something is causing a problem now. Has anyone seen this before?
